Rollinson Planning Consultancy is an entirely independent town planning consultancy. It was formed by Andy Rollinson, a Chartered Town Planner, who has more than 30 years experience in both the public and private sectors having worked in Local Government in both West and North Yorkshire and as a Director with a leading planning consultancy for almost 10 years.

Located in West Yorkshire the company operates throughout the Yorkshire and Humber region and beyond.

Andy has significant knowledge of planning application and appeal work and has acted regularly as lead consultant coordinating teams of other professionals such as architects and highway engineers. We can offer extensive experience in many areas of planning having worked on housing, commercial, leisure and tourism, retail and mixed use schemes.

We bring an honest and no nonsense approach to our work. Our ethos is to "tell it straight" and allow clients to make informed judgments on the basis of this advice. In addition we operate on the basis of providing value for money to our clients.
